The British Ambulance Society is for anyone interested in anything to do with ambulances.

The ambulance has been a sadly neglected part of our motoring and social history. Perhaps this is a result of the complex story of the ambulance and the ambulance service. The British Ambulance Society is trying to record and preserve this important part of our heritage. An extensive archive of photos and documents has started to be assembled and this is complemented by members' own collections, which include models, uniforms, equipment, leaflets, books, badges and actual vehicles.
